Tori Types Thoughts
Tori's very average blog
This isn't the oft discussed work-life-balance post. I strive for balance in my entire life, but I am still on my journey towards that perfect median. I probably won't get there, but dancing helps!
Boise Comic Arts Festival at JUMP
The Starbelly Dancers had the chance to dance with FUSE Dance Collaboration, headed up by Shannon Keightly, at their end of season show, FUSE: Collaboration Defined. FUSE is a really vibrant and young company that has a lot of potential. Dancing with these talented young women made me nostalgic for my ballet days -- but to be honest many of the dancers will probably reach heights in the contemporary style that past-Tori could never have dreamed of. I hope that FUSE continues to grow in the community and reach all of it's potential - it has been fun to be a small part of it and even more fun to be a fan! We didn't take any photos at the event, so here is an old one of me in ballerina mode. UPDATE: Video in the gallery or by clicking here.
